Question: I get sore boobs for 2-4 days after I'm supposed to ovulate, but!?
I can't seen to catch a positive on an OPK!. I'm only testing once a day, and I'm sure that must be the problem!. However, for the last 3 months that I've had periods (I got off depo in feb) I have had sore breasts on cycle days 16-18 this month I'm on day 20, and they still hurt!.
Does this mean for sure I'm ovulating!? I can only imaging the boob soreness is from the hormone spike!.

You are right about breast soreness from hormone spikes!. Hormones are definitely associated ovulation, but the precise relationships in human ovulation are unknown!. One of the hormones that can stimulate ovulation is plain, simple, adrenalin!. That is why rape victims will often conceive!.
