Answers:
When you ovulate, your ovary makes a small cyst, which the egg breaks through!. That can cause some of the cramping, and is 100% normal!. However, if you're like me, you may have something called "mettleschmerz," which just means the cysts are bigger and more painful!. I was put on birth control to manage this (it works by managing the hormones and egg release, and I was put on it long before I ever started having sex!.!.!.don't feel weird about it)!. It has certainly helped me!. I tried stopping the birth control a few months back and was rewarded with that same, horrific pain!. I'm talking about doubling over, can't talk, can barely breathe, can't find relief P-A-I-N!. If that's you, ask your ob/gyn about it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

We are just the unlucky few that have horrible periods!.!.!. also speak to your doctor if ud like to consider the option of a birth control to help control and contain your periods a bit more!.

lucky late starter
but you being a late starter and your body still adjusting to it could play a role
you can either take midol or get on birth control
birth control would really cut down the suckyy side effectsWww@Answer-Health@Com

definately check with your gynocologist and ask your mom for help!.
its definately not normal for it to hurt so much!.
so see what your gyno suggests, if possibe before your next period!.
midol always helps too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
