I have bloody stool and this rash thing down there!. They look like mini red blisters!. I also have many red dots!. Sometimes when I wipe, it's kind of bloody!. Also, it's very itchy down there!.

Well, it sounds like hemroids!. Are you normally constipated!? If you have been consitpated that is normally how hemriods starts!. Tell your parents, you can get something out of the local pharmacy or aisle from any store!.
In the meantime, when you have to go poop, don't sit on the toilet for a long period of time if you are not ready to go!. Don't push, if you don't have to!. You may need to get some stool softners!. It will not make you go badly, it will just help soften your stool if you are really consitpated!.

You did not say whether the blood is bright red and whether it is always present when you go to the bathroom!. These would be important things to tell you doctor - and you should definitely go to your doctor!. Don't be afraid to tell your parents!. They will help you!. It is nothing to be ashamed about and you need the help!. It could be anything from a small tear because of large bowel movements, to a disease that can be managed with medication!. The blisters might possibly be from perspiration, improper hygiene, or a yeast infection which is very treatable with medication!. Don't be shy about this!. Get help!. Are these red bumps more toward your anus or your vagina!? Bloody stool and blood when you wipe kind of sounds more like hemorrhoids!. You can buy Preparation H ointment or the Preparation H wipes that will help you!.
Try soaking in a hot bathtub tonight for at least an half an hour and see how you feel in the morning!.

It sounds like you have hameroids, you will just need to get some ointment from the chemist and this should fix it up no worries, dont be emabarressed to talk to your parents, it happens and its not your fault but you really need to get it fixed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
