Losing weight plans??!


Question: Losing weight plans!?!?
What are some ideas for me to loose weight!? I work is a 6 day work, ten hrs a day!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Busy schedule there, I see! Jumping on a mini-tramp works real well for me!. I like doing a few exercises with my arms and such while I jump!. It works really well for me and can tone you up good!. And it is a nice workout!.
Make sure you do a few nice breathers after!. That always helps your muscles relax so you don't get sore!.

Well, with your busy schedule it's probably kind of hard to do actual work outs, but you should try to just pack healthy food, snacks ect!. Make sure at work you drink water also, because it keeps you hydrated and it's the best thing for you!.
Also, if you work in an office building, you could try taking the stairs, or just take little works during work!.

I have a nutrition class and for the class we were required to buy this software called Nutrition Calc 3!.0 (plus)!. You enter your height, weight and age and activity level and it tells you how many calories you should be getting!. You enter what you eat into it and it tells you how on track you are!.

I did the whole Special K cereal diet and it worked :D Maybe that's a idea if you like cereal!. I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and im going to keep it up to hopefully lose more !.!.!. maybe for another two weeks and then im going to keep the special k for breakfast but eat a healthier lunch dinner and snacks!.
