I think that since it is your first experience with the itch it would be good to go to the doctor and check!. However there is a pill called Diflucan one that you take orally and it clears it up pretty well!. If you find that medication helps for awhile and then you get it again maybe you should look at your lifestyle (don't use perfumed soaps, make sure to wear cotton panties etc!.) Drink a lot of water and the person who mentioned Cranberry juice - this is good too!. You can make a solution of salt water with a drop or two of white vinegar to wash the area - this can be relieving - do it as soon as you feel the itch starting again!. The acidity inhibits the thrush!.
Hope this helps, it is so irritating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most likely just bad thrush but I had something similar and I took caniston duo and it didn't totally improve it and I couldn't even sleep because of it so I went to A & E that night and I got told I had a bladder infection and I got tablets and I felt better so fast!. So perhaps go to your doctor!.
Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have a yeast infection!. Pharmacies now sell, over the counter test which will help you determine if that is what you have!. If you don't want to visist the doctor, mabe you could try one of those!. If that is what you have, you can also purchase over the counter yeast infection medicine like monistat!. It works really good!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could very well have a yeast infection!. You can either buy something over the counter to get rid of it, or you can go to your doctor to make sure that's what it is and get a prescription!. You could also just itch down there if you're too dry!. Again there are over the counter remedies to help out!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
