HPV/Cervical Cancer vaccine?!
Question: HPV/Cervical Cancer vaccine!?
The one on the TV at the moment being offered to girls aged 12/13 yeas old!.
Why isn't it available to anyone older!? I have heard of a "catch up" programme for 14 - 18 year olds but what about those older than that!? I'm just wondering if there's a medical reason or what!.
Any advice appreciated; I'm 19 and would be happy to have it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The vaccine is licenced for use up to the age of 26 years!. It is not clear how far up the catch up will eventually go!. You could ask your GP if he is prepared to give the vaccine to you on the NHS!. Privately is is about
