Answers:
You will not break your hymen wearing a tampon!. The hymen just forms around the tampon in you!. You can break your hymen playing sports and doing daily activities anyways!.

The middle hole(sexual hole) is where you place the tampon!. Get a mirror, it'll help with this process!. It wont hurt placing it, you'll just feel something unpleasant for a moment!. Try standing up with your legs apart when you're learning!. As soon as you've learned it'll come natural and you can do it sitting on the toilet!.

My mom taught me but any female close to you, can show you how!. It'll take a few tries to get use to it, but you'll become an expert in time!. Remember stay calm and relax, if you're nervous it wont go in well!. Change your tampon every 3 hours or as needed, you don't want toxic shock syndrom!

They tell you to use the lightest flow tampons to prevent toxic shock syndrom, but however my flow is I use super and regular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be totally relaxed before you insert it hun!.
Remember that there is NO WAY it can get lost in your body, and when you need to take it out it comes our really easily!.

There should be a leaflet in the box you got them in, give it a read!.

If there isnt a leaflet, you need to squat (like you do when sitting on the loo) And slide it in at an angle where the tip of the tampon is going towards your lower back, not strait up!

Using tampons have nothing to do with your virginity, you'll still be a virgin once you've used them dont worry!.

Hope that helps, good luck and enjoy your swimming tomorrow =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a smaller size!. definately dont wait till tomorrow again cause it can be bery frustrating and nerve wrecking if your in class and you cannot get it in, you will freak out even more then it will never go in!.

and why does it matter if your hymen breaks!? your body will do what it needs!.

if its not in all the way it will hurt, and sometimes people confuse a tampon with being uncomfortable feeling compared to actually hurting, and if it isnt comfortable its just not in right!.

just practice and youll get the hang of itWww@Answer-Health@Com

I find it easiest to lay on your back and open your legs and insert it that way!. Make sure your totally relaxed!. Push it in till you can't go any further then push the stick in while pulling the plastic applicator out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, be prepared!.!.!. this is gonna be nasty-sounding!.!.!.

some girls like to put their leg up on the toilet seat!.!.!. others spread their legs apart!.

hold the applicator between your middle and pointer fingers and put your thumb on the end!. insert into the v!.
i don't actually have my period, im just guessing!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe someone else has a way, but I think that if your hymen isn't broken, then you can't put it in without it hurting!. I couldn't put tampons in before either, tried several times, never worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a man place the tampon on the end of his penis and have him shove it into your vagina, thats what my mom did and thats how she met my dad :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep trying!. if you still can't, like the others said, talk to a female to help you!.

you won't lose your virginity from a tampon!. sex is the only way to lose your virginity!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming won't affect the tampon!. the tampon can break your hymen, don't worry it won't hurt!!

i had exactly the same problem as you, and let me begin by saying practice makes perfect! follow these steps to help you!.

1) get a really small tampon with aplicator when you start!. i find tampax compact is great, and you can get coloured ones and slightly scented ones too :]

2) put in the tampon on the heaviest day- usually day 2 on a 5 day period so it can easily slip in and out!.

3) pull the applicator at the bottom of the tampon where the string is outwards until you hear a click!. now it should have two parts, the aplicator sticking out, and the other half with the tampon inside!.

4) i find that standing with one foot on the toilet seat and one on the floor works best with me, but you could also try crouching down with your legs apart!.!.!. maybe in front of a mirror if you want to see!.

5) take a few deep breaths and relax!. take your time, and make sure you are calm, dont worry its fine its just a tampon!

6) slowly push the tampon into your vagina, pointing it towards the bottom of your back rather than straight up!.

7) push it so that the tampon is inside you, but the other half of the applicator is still outside

8) slowly push the applicator keeping your thumb and forefinger on the bottom of the tampon!. this will them push the tampon out of the top half of the aplicator and inside of you!.

9) next pull the rest of the applicator out slowly, and the tampon will be inside of you with the string hanging out!.

wait 4-8 hours before you take it out, as it needs to be saturated with period before it can slip out!. when you do take it out, repeat steps 4 and 5!. gently pull the string and slowly pull it out!.

good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most girls have hymen in moon shape and it is OK for tampon use!. If you would feel obstacle o to doctor to check the type of your hymen!.
These are steps for tampon insertion:
Step1:
First wash your hands and unwrap your tampon!. Stand or sit in a comfortable position!. Some women prefer to place one leg on the toilet seat or tub, or bath while others prefer to squat down!. Some women find it easiest to crouch down with knees apart!. Hold the applicator (where the ridges are on the tube) with the thumb and middle finger of one hand!. Hold the middle of the tampon, at the spot where the smaller, inner tube inserts into the larger, outer tube!. Make sure the string is visible and pointing away from your body!.
Step2:
Using second hand spread the folds of skin around the vaginal opening!. Place the tip of the outer tube of the tampon applicator (not the end with the cord hanging out) in the opening of your vagina!.
Step3:
The vagina slants upwards towards your back!. So, gently slide the applicator in an upwards and backwards direction!. (It sometimes helps to slightly rotate or twist the applicator from side to side)!. Stop pushing when your thumb and finger touch your body
Step4:
Still holding the applicator on the ridges, push the bottom of the small tube completely up inside the big tube!. This slides the tampon out of the applicator and into your vagina!.
Step5:
Hold tightly onto the two tubes that are now one inside the other!. Gently take out both applicator tubes together!. (Wrap them in tissue and put them in a bin!. The cardboard tubes can also be flushed away!.) You'll see that the cord of the tampon is now hanging down outside your body!. Make sure that the string hangs outside of the vaginal opening!. Later, when you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out!.
