headaches usually come from not drinking enough water!. if you are also craving more at these times!.!.!.pay attention to the carbohydrates you consume!.!.!.if you up your carbs!.!.!.up your water intake also!. it really helps!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I tend to get really bad migraines when I have my period and I ALWAYS take Excedrin Migraine Extra Strength!. It's a little pricey but it always works for me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
