hi im 14 years old, had my period since i was 12!.
i didnt get my period since the first week of july (almost 3 months soon)
now im getting this light brown discharge, and im having terrible cramps that come suddenly and then go away :S
anyways, my question is:
is this light brown discharge (which i get usually only once a day in the morning i think) my period!? or does it mean my period is coming!?
what does this mean!?!
p!.s!. i have never had ANY sexual contact so i cant be pregnant right!?
you cant get pregnant from stuff like towels/soap etc!. uthat were used by my dad or brother!?

This light brown discharge is called spotting!.!.!. Sometimes this still happens to me, I am 27!.!.!. it is just part of your period!.!.!. Some times your periods will be bright red with thick blood, other times it will be light flowing and not as deep of color of red!. You can have spotting a couple of days before your period starts!.!.!. and even a couple days after it ends!.
Try buying the mulit-pack of Tampax Tampons!. They have the Green Super Tampons for heavy days, Yellow for medium days and Purple ones for your light, brown spotting days!.

Your period is irregular, which it should be!. Your period will be irregular for the first few years that you have it, and then it will regulate!. You are likely to have missed or late periods, and also spotting and discharge in between periods!. All of this is perfectly normal!. I know it's frustrating not knowing when your period is coming, just make sure to carry tampons/pads with you (in your purse, backpack, locker, ect!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no the only way u can get pregnant is with sexual intercourse!. the brown discharge may just be ur period, and it could just be very light!. try going on the birth control pill to regulate ur period!. ask ur doctor which one would be best for u since ur still young and not sexually active!. best of luck! : ) Www@Answer-Health@Com
no, this is a sign that your period is coming!. you cannot get pregnant unless sperm is introduced into your vagina!.!.sperm cannot live on towels or soap!.!.!.you should have your own towel though!. Have some hhygiene products handy, you will be needing them soon!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
