Serious question... Really.?!

Question: Serious question!.!.!. Really!.!?
How do you control your emotions!? One day I'm on cloud 9 and the next all I can think about is hanging myself from my closet door!. I can't do this anymore!. I'm on Lexapro and take alprazolam as needed for panic attacks, but still it's just this roller coaster of emotions and days when I really can't get out of bed!. How can I get a grip on myself and my thought processes!? Everything just seems as if it is out of my control!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way I've found really works is a scientifically proven breathing exercise - the theory being that we are all too high on stress hormones and we need to trigger the counter stress 'dopamine'!.!.!. this even works with kids as young as 6 who have ADHD!.

6 seconds exhale, no pause, 2 seconds inhale!.!.!. repeat for 2-3 minutes, then 2 or 3 times a day!. It works and is used by top business as well as sports people - you'll feel calmer, more relaxed and you'll have a better focus!. Also cut all man made addatives and crap out of your diet!.

Classical music also works, so does regular exercise! ; )Www@Answer-Health@Com
