Question: When i will get back my normal life after abortion!?
i crossed nearly 1 month after my abortion!.!.!.but i couldn't get back my normal life!. i want 2 do my regular excersises!.!.like jogging,yogas etc!.!.!.but some extend i m scared!.!.!.!.if it will harm my utress or some internal parts!?can anybody suggest abt this!.!.!.wht sld i do !?can i conceive next like last time!?i mean 2 say without any complications!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wonder why you would be concerned about another conception if you have just had a termination!?
where you not comfortable with your decision to terminate your pregnancy!. Maybe a trip to your doctor would answer the questions you ask about your recovery!. If you are struggling with your decision there maybe a support group or something, that your doctor could refer you too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it takes a while to get back on your feet!.
after my abortion i dont really remember not being able to jog!. minus the excessive bleeding, but that will go away if it hasnt already!. your chances of getting pregnant go down every time you have an abortion, but i wouldnt worry too much about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im in the same boat dear,i pray 4 u ,i know how difficult it is,but at first u take vitamins and u should be cautious,u get back to ur normal life after about 3 months,and for sure u can conceivee againWww@Answer-Health@Com
