If the mole is big enough that waxing is your only option, I'd definitely get that thing checked out! (And on a more serious note, if you see the mole changing shape or color, etc!.!.!.it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to have a doc swing a look at it next time your friend goes in for a baby check-up!)
Essentially, though, the things you should really be worried about during pregnancy are those things that involved putting chemicals into, onto, or near your body (like some hair dyes, some lotions, some medicines, some foods, some cleaning products, etc!.!.!.) A physical process -- like waxing or cutting hairs, trimming fingernails, etc!.!. -- is no big deal as long as there are no harmful chemicals or products used!.

No!.!.!.!.you should not be waxing a mole under any circumstance if you are not familiar with it, Moles often have a blood supply and you could cause it to bleed!. If she has done it before however, waxing is perfectly safe during pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
