for the past couple days they have been very itchy
the bottom of them is all white and it kinda looks like dry skin
skin is even peeing off!.!.
im only 15
could i have breast cancer!?

No, hon, breast cancer does not show as itchy dry skin!. All you need to do us use some lotion after showers and before bed!. Just sounds like something has irritated them, bras or maybe laundry soap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2) Auto immune type - skin reproduce many times faster than normal

You have a yeast infection under your breast!. Nystatin powder is a good remedy for this!. Don't put anymore lotion under your breast, this will make things much worse, you need to keep the area dry and clean!. Change your bra daily!. Corn starch will also help, i recommend applying corn starch to the area after you've showed and dried the area completely!. Also, check your abdominal fold and make sure there's no yeast living there, it would look the same!.
