i jsut got my first period today and i have a couple question!.!.
first off i am 14 for inofrmation
ok so questuion number one i have a big soccer game on saturday will my period effect my playing!?

Everyone is different!. You will just have to wait and see if your period affects your soccer game, when it stops, and when your first heavy period will be!. Sorry!. There's just no other way to handle it!. You might try motrin or midol before your game if you are having cramps or muscle aches, but that's about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have your mom or a sister around you should ask them for advice about cramps and pads/tampons!. But anyway you're period will likely be heavy since it's your first one, but I don't think it should be heavy till Sat!.!.!. mine started yesterday and i'm thinking Th!. should be the last heavy day!.

I have one tip!. yes I'm a boy!. when u feel it coming drop and tell the ref some ex use!. And if u have a older sister ask her for some ed vice!.
