Im so tired and out of shape?!


Question: Im so tired and out of shape!?
I just recently started playing football and I get so winded and tired turning the games!. The next my legs kill me!.

What are some things I can do to get me in shape so I dont feel so tired and out of breath all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to start doing cardio every day!. not even necessarily running but biking, swimming, walking fast and jogging!. These are all things that raise your heart rate for an extended period of time and inscrease your stamina as well!.

You need to boost your cardiovascular endurance!. Jumping rope is one of the best cardiovascular exercises you can do at home in very little space!. Jump for half an hour each time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
