sometimes you can pull a muscle in your lower belly and it'll feel like its uterine, also sometimes when you ovulate (before pms) there is a tiny contraction when the egg comes out

It could very well be a uterine fibroid!. If it had anything to do with your ovaries (as others suggested) there would be pain on either side of your lower abdomen, you're uterus would not actually hurt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
