I don't know how much it would cost to see someone about a diet plan but I can tell you that the best reason for feeling good about yourself is God!. He made you exactly the way you are for a reason and loves you just the way you are!. In return you should love yourself as well!. I had a bad low self esteem problem for years and found God, and started to realise that he loves me so much and in return found a love for myself!. I hope this helps you!.
