started the pill yesterday, as in for the first time,
and today i've been sick twice and had back ache :\

Yes!. I was nauseous and moody when mine started!. You body has to get used to them!. The pill is releasing hormones that "trick" your body into thinking it's pregnant!. It takes a few months to get over it!. I still get a bit of nausea and I'm on my fourth month!. You should try to eat something before you take your pill!.
