Answers:
i think that she shouldnt sue because that could happen to anyone it is not like they ment to do it to her it was probably her fault anyway for tripping i could she if they like pushed her down the stairs but what ever

Was she getting paid to visit the new babies!? Was the couple grossly negligent in the upkeep of the stairs!? If the stairs were hazardous for some reason due to the couple's intentions or negligence then she might have a solid case!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whats the point in our opinions!? Anyone can sue for anything now! Whether it be a part of the job or not!.Why should she carry on working when she can sue someone!? She will be quids in now, It doesnt matter it once was her vocation!. Money talks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

She fell down the stairs!. People fall down stairs!.

Falling down is a hazard of life!.

Besides, what's she going to sue for!? The cost of an ice pack for a bruise!?

She has no case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why did she slip!? Were they wooden stairs that were wet!? Wet tile!? If she was clumsy and tripped over her own feet, then no!. If there was an avoidable hazard, then the fault lies with the homeowners!.

Unless the homeowners had debris, water or other hazards on the stairs, then I do not think she should sue!. If it were that easy, then I'm going to go over to my jerk neighbors yard and fall and cut myself badly on his rake!.!.!. sue him, make him lose his house!.!.!. then maybe he wouldn't mow his lawn at 6 a!.m!. or encourage his friends to honk their horns instead of using his dang doorbell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
