Nothing works for my PMS bloating!?!

Question: Nothing works for my PMS bloating!!?
I normally bloat before/during my period!. Sometimes it's one pound, but this month, it is 5 lbs! I've been eating a lot of nutritious, healthy meals, and exercising!. In fact, I started 2 weeks ago and I had lost 2 lbs prior to this so this is rather depressing!.

I've tried Midol (does not work, plus has caffeine, which is bad for nerves)

I've tried drinking tons of water, my body just keeps the 5 lbs of water and pees the extra out!.

I've tried cutting out sodium, doesn't work!.

I've tried diuretics, doesn't work!.

I can feel the fatness in my stomach, it's very upsetting!.

Please give me your advice on bloating, your experience and what can get rid of it!.

Thanks! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

too much water can make you feel bloated!. too much water is also harmful to your health, especially if you are cutting out sodium!. your body need electrolytes to work properly!.

i recommend eating yoghurt!. works for me!.

there's nothing you can do to avoid putting on that little bit of weight!. when your period is over it goes, so try not to stress so much!. stress can throw off your menstraul cycle and give you the worse cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most affective way to "Naturally!" relive your cramps is to put a heating pad or hot water bottle where your cramps are the worst!. My cramps wake me up sometimes at 4 sometimes, and this allways works fast!. Its by far the most affective way to cure those dreaded cramps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try birth control pills and aspirin on luteal phase -see belowWww@Answer-Health@Com
