Ok!. I am Feeling so many things lately!. I just need someone to talk to!. I need help!. Uhm , I think I am gonna get my 1st period soon!. I have all the symptoms!. I had cramps the other day!. I have all the other things too!. I have had discharge for 2 yrs!. I am 13!. I am scared!. I have been weird lately , not myself!. i got mine wen i was 9 so i didnt even no wat it was and to b fair it really didnt scare me wen it happened i no it ewas unexpected but it really wasnt anything to worry about!.!.!. every girl in this world goes through a period!.!.!. and if it was so bad we all would b crying and hiding in our houses constantly but its nature and all we need to do is get on with it!.!.!.
get urself some pads in and be prepared!.!. a hot water bottle will help if u get cramps or stomach pains these usually r nothing!.!.!. but it tends to b round my period time i scare feeling sorry for myself and jst want some comfort and i find that with a dvd hot water bottle and box of chocolate!.!.!. smileee its not the end of the world! b thank ful u have got to 13 without it i wasnt so lucky lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Starting your period can be scary, but it's really nothing to be scared of!. It becomes a normal part of your life after a while, and it's kind of exciting too!. I got my period later than all of my friends when I was younger, and I couldn't wait to get mine haha "Not being yourself" is called PMS, it's something you'll get used to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
