Question: I have a few strange-ish girl questions!.!.!. So girls only!. !?
Hmm, Uhm someone said that when you get shooting pain in ur breasts it is a sign u could be getting ur period soon!? Uhm is that true!? IF so what are some other signs like that!? And What is a Pantiliner!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
A pantiliner is almost like a pad you use for your periods, EXCEPT that it is extremely thin, and it can help guard against excessive discharge you might have from your vagina between periods!. That would basically mean that a pantiliner would keep the bottom of your undies clean!. It can also help guard your undies from spotting, or if you feel like you're going to have your period!.
As for the shooting pains in the breast prior to a period, it might be true for some people!. Then again, instead of shooting pains, a gal might have sore breasts and nipples instead!. You might have cramps as well, but it can be quite painful for the first couple of times that you have it, and it may persist for a while or be a re-occurrence, depending on how often you excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
