my period has been coming like every 2 weeks! i have not been on the pill for years so its not a pill releated issue!. nothing has changed as far as my diet, exercise etc so im not sure why this is happening!

I Know how your feeling !. It was Every 10 days for me !.
I went to a doctor and they just suggested i went on the pill & told me it could just be stress related !.

I have been there, it could be stress but it could also be something more serious!. My period was in a 10 day on 10 day off cycle for some time before I went to my gyno, glad I went when I did, it turned out that at the age of 34 I had uterine cancer!. I wouldn't flip out thinking it is cancer but I would also get in to the Dr and find out what the problem is!. Your Dr may give you birth control pills at first to see if that helps and regulates you and it might do the trick (didn't for me) If it does not, make sure your Dr goes the extra mile to figure out the problem!. Stress can affect it!. Even though your diet and exercise routine has not changed if your weight has (gaining or losing) this could also affect your cycle!. Certain health conditions could too!. See your doctor, if for no reason than you could become anemic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had this problem before only i was getting my period every 10 days!. Go to your gyno doctor and they put me on birth control pills to get me regulated again!. After that everything got better!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
