I have been suffering from lower back pain for 2 days now!. I first noticed it when I woke up on Wednesday AM and I couldn't straighten it!. I haven't done anything different from the norm!. However, I did do a lot more walking than I normally do the night before while wearing uncomfortable (no padding) shoes!. The pain is in my back around the area from underneath my bra strap to right above my waist!. :(
