Any idea what it could be?!

Question: Any idea what it could be!?

For the past week or so i have been getting REALLY bad pains kind of like cramps but WAY worse, it gets to the point where i can't stand up and even laying down straight hurts!. And it is always only on my right side!. I have a doctors apt next week, but im just curious as to what it could be!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
