okay well i really love tampons havent ever used one but i really really want to i tryed the cardboard ones they absolutly suck and hurt so bad i have tryed to get the plastic one up there but it was too big for the first time but im so stupid loll when i first tryed to put inthe plastic one i put the tip right to my opening i didnt even like put the tube in i think thats why i couldnt get it in cause i wouldnt like insert it ii would just place it there and try t push but it would go so yeah i know im dumb but i hate pads there like diapers and blood like comes out when ever you do something and im afriad im going to leak or something and there just so gross and i really do want to try tampons because this way i can hang out with my friends and swimm!. loll so i just thought i 'd share that with you but yeah and when you first tryed tampons what brand and absorbensie did you usee!? I use the ones with no applicators as they are really easy and much more popular here (Australia)!.

I got a lot of leaks with all the other ones, and with these, I think i've leaked twice, but thats because I used regular on a heavy day!.!.!.

they make light ones that are slimmer and I recommend you try them first, you will have to change them more frequently because they hold less, but they are smaller!.
if you don't know how they go in, there is instructions included and if need be, use a mirror!.
i had to talk a friend through using them in high school
Easist way is to sit and spread open wide and insert it that way!. It is easier than trying to stand, you are more relaxed and my friend use to try balancing one leg on the toilet and standing, but that is too complicated!.
