Question: Tried so hard, but still can't get over it!?
i was in foster care from the age of 18 months to 9 years!. during this time i was in2 different homes!. the 1st from 18 months till 4 years!.2nd till i was 9!. in both homes i was subjected to horrific sexual, physical and mental abuse, the even tried to drown me in a bath!. im 19 now, and i have the most beautiful son and i love my boyfriend dearly, but i just can't get over what happened!.
it was my mothers fault i was in care in the 1st place, her oyfriend at the time broke my leg, and threw me about!. i was lucky to be alive according to the doctor reports!. but she blamed my dad, so i wasn't allowed to live with him, and she didn't want me!.
my dad is taking the social services to court for negligence, and im so terrified that i will have to tell people what exactly happened!. i have never told anyone exactly what was done to meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe speaking out loud and telling what happened to you will help you to move on!? You have done so well to come through all of that and be where you are!. I don't know if you would ever completely get over that kind of abuse, but maybe if you get some counselling it may help!. To keep that locked up in your heart and having to deal with it alone must be tough and eat away at you!. Don't let them take any more of your life than they already have!. Get some help to deal with it and concentrate on being the best mum you can be for your little boy!. Remember that no matter how painful talking about it and re-living it may be, it is over and in your past and they can't hurt you anymore!. Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to seek some therapy!. The problems you have exerienced can't be "gotten over"!. But you can learn to cope with them, in time!. It is especially important because you have a child now--I'm sure being a parent yourself highlights the horrors that you experienced as a child, and angers you about what your mother and foster parents did!. I'm sorry you have gone through this, and are going through this now!.

I know it is a hard thing for you to talk about (something similar happened to me), but if you don't stand up to the people who put you through the hell, they win!. Maybe, just maybe if you can summon the courage to tell your story, it will save some other innocent kid from having to go through the same abuse!. tell i was abused by my uncle and it really helped me to talk about it, however i am still not over it!. as much as u dont want to talk about it u should social services neglected u!. dont u want them to pay for what happened!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
