A gynaecological per vagina examination can easily reveal if hymen is intact or not!.While pergorming PV examination index and middle finger of right hand is inserted deep into the vagina and left hand is used to press the uterus by placing hand over the pelvic region!.During this process if right hand reaches the cervical os it indicates hymen is torn !.Complete or partial rupture is diagnosed by rotating one finger in the vagina!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a hand mirror between your legs and look at yourself "down there" as you open things up and move them around a bit with the fingers of your other hand!.
