like Curves or weightwatches replace meals with healtheir alternatives!.
Also instead of driving your car to work you can walk or ride a bike!

Why do so many people want the "easy way" to do things!. Easy is almost never the best way, yet we want a miracle cure, or easy way out of everything!. It makes me so disappointed about Americans especially who want a pill for everything!. The way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in, period! So, if you sit on your *** all day, then you would have to only have water or tea to lose weight!. Easy way is a high protein low carbohydrate diet combined with resistance training!. Cut out all junk food, dairy and fruit!. You want to be eating only fish, chicken, meats and vegetables for the first few weeks then gradually introduce some fruit and brown rice!. Diet is really the key to weight loss!. If you are looking for an easy way, you are going to be looking for a long time! Weight loss plans that promise "easy weight loss" or "eat whatever you want" usually either don't work at all, or work for a little while but then you wind up gaining all the weight back and more sometimes!. Just eat as little processed food as possible (things that come in a box)!. you should begin by a detox!.
