Question: Bleeding nine days after miscarriage and D&C !?
I went into labor at 18 weeks pregnant!. I then had a D&C to remove the placenta!. I am still bleeding very lightly and have a small pain in my belly, nothing overbearing just a little sharp pain!. Pain pills relieve it!. I don't have a fever, just hot flashes sometimes!. Does this sound normal or has anyone else ever experiened this!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I miscarried at 18 weeks and had to have a D&C as well!. I bled, first heavily, and later on lightly, for around three weeks!. Since this seemed a long time to me, I went to my doctor and he checked me and said this was normal!. Only no sex when still bleeding (because of possible infections)!. If you do not have fever, it should be normal, also the little cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could just be the uterine lining still draining out, but you should definitely call your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
