Im 14 and i have never had my period before and for the past couple of days i have had really bad cramps!. Then today when i went to the bathroom there was blood on the toilet paper!. Was that my period and what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say that YES it is probably a period!. What you should do is go to your mother and tell her what happened!. It will be a little bit embarrassing but moms always know what to do!. She will definitely help you and teach you and make sure you are totally comfortable with it all!.
