Why do I get so freaking dizzy?!
Question: Why do I get so freaking dizzy!?
I get really dizzy when I wake up, stand up, and laugh!.!.!.!.I have passed out countless times because I get sooooo dizzy!. It's like I have to be reallllllllllllly super cautious when I stand up, and I play soccer so 1) I fall a lot and 2) I have to get up realllly quickly!. What can I do to stop the dizziness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They sound like dizzy spells (I don't know the correct terminology) I used to get them quite a lot and had one so bad that I passed out!. Are you stressed!? I notice dizzy spells more often when I'm stressed, it might be worth doing a few relaxation techniques before you play sports!.
Are you taking any medication!? If so it could be a side effect!. I recommend you talk to a doctor as it may be a result of low blood sugar or something neurological, it also sounds like you could be suffering from a condition called vertigo, look it up and see if you match the symptoms!. Make sure you're eating enough!

you could be dehydrated, have low blood sugar, have a low blood pressure

Dizzy spills are associated with low sugar levels in the blood or could even be part of a blood pressure problem!. I suggest you go and get checked out by your doctor, that's not heathy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
