I think you're punishing yourself alot more than anyone else will!. There's no point beating yourself up about it!. There is always a chance you can conceive when you have unprotected sex, whether he pulls out or not!. However, depending on what point in your cycle that you actually had sex can determine how much of a higher risk you are of becoming pregnant!. For example if you have a typically monthly cycle and you did it two weeks before your period was due, then this is your most fertile time and you do have more of a chance of becoming pregnant!. How long ago did this happen!? You can take the morning after pill as that works for up to 72 hours afterwards!. Failing that, wait for your period to arrive or take a test near the time you're due just to confirm!.
