Answers:
putting in the super plus was a bad idea for your first time!. thats why it hurt a bit!.
yes playtex reg sounds good - give it another go! just keep to the correct absorbency for your flow to prevent any unneccessary pain!.

first of all, super plus is wayyyyy too big!. try tampax pearl regular or light!. regular is the yellow one!. & the reason it hurt is because you probably didnt put it in enough!. make sure its in allllll the way upi or else you'll feel it!. hope i helped! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a Playtex Sport regular!. It's small, works for most all flows, and it's comfortable!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the super may have been a little to large for you and your flow a bit light for a super!. If you can feel the tampon chances are it has not been inserted correctly or quite far enough!. so no they don't hurt!. As far as trying playtex sport go for the regular!. If they have a regular slim I would try that but regular should do!. they do take a little getting used to!. I found when I started using tampons I tried the tampax Lite!. I needed some back up but to get used to using them it was worth the hassle!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When it comes to tampons they should never hurt!. I found that the cardboard applicators don't feel the greatest when inserting!. I use playtex gentle glide and I will never use anything else because they have a smooth applicator and give great protection because they open 360 degrees!. Go ahead and try playtex sport if they have a smooth applicator!. Avoid using super tampons all together because the risk to toxic shock syndrome increases, I would also avoid using tampons if your period is light one day, because if you are dry pulling it out could cause discomfort, just have some with you and if your flow increases put one in!. Hope I helped!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
