Im 15! && omg It's that time of the month! & I think Im bout to die! Ok!.!.!.not really but I sure feel like it! lol!
Sooo!.!.is there any way i can get these cramps to stop!?!?!?!?

drink some warm tea, and take some tylenol PM, dont use tampons until the cramping stops,
sometimes laying on your tummy with a heating pad helps too,

Heyy try a warm cloth on the area where the cramps are or like those hot water bottle things , take some advil or teen midol or somthing!. Take it easy and rest!!! and eat some chocolate that will help i swear!.

uh take like 4 motrin!. That's what I have had to do in the past!. AHHH motrin, my best friend once a month! Sometimes if you lay curled up in a ball that helps a lot with your knees to your chest!. Or you can do that on your back too!. But really Motrin is the best!. For me anywaysWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that eating bananas stop them!. Taking a hot bath, or using a heating pad works as well!. Exercising also helps a ton, and it makes the blood come out faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard ibuprofen works o_0 You can get it over the counter, lmfao!. I saw it at Walgreens with a big sign that said it!.

Hot tea, maybe!?

well you should try taking some pills to ease the pain from cramps and backpain and bloating and stuff
i hear eating bananas help cramps aha
and try staying away from sugary foods and acidic drinks like pop

usually, hot chocolate, and painkillers help, and a bath, with some muscle relaxant lavender bath soap :] it helps!

If you exercise regularly it will go away!.

If you don't want to, take midol right when you get your period BEFORE THE PAIN STARTS!. It doesn't work worth poo if I take it after the pain starts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find when I drink Hot Water Or Tea it helps with the cramps!.
Also warm milk!. A Hot Water Bottle Or Heating Pad!.
