I try to grow out my natural nails, but they are always paper thin, flaky, and when I cut them, it always bleeds underneath!. It's making me sad!.!.!. I want beautiful hands:( lol
I put fake nails on but under neath it's so sensitive and blood comes out!. I eat healthy and drink lots of water!. MY nails are SOOOOO short and I want them long:( Please help, what can I do

it could be the fake nails that are making them so bad just stop wearing them and wait like a month Www@Answer-Health@Com
