Question: How to get smaller breast!!?
I'm kind of over wight and have a c-cup (breast size) and if I lose wight will they get smaller!? Because I want smaller breast!. And what can I do to get them smaller!? what kind of exercises!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose weight overall, your breasts will get smaller!. How much will depend on how much weight you lose plus, whatever their natural size is at normal weight!.
I suggest you lose the weight you want, see how things change, and go from there!. Given what said the size was, it should work out well!.
As a small-breasted woman (who is somewhat older), I can certainly attest to the benefits of smaller breasts (esp at this age!.!.!.gravity and all)!. Being smaller is harder when you're younger, tho, what with some men's obsession with larger ones!.
For me, the only situation where I would have sought out a doctor would have been if I'd had massive breasts that were "getting in the way" of daily activities and such!. The rest "is what it is" and 'tis better we learn to love who we are!. It's a better use of time and emotional energy in one's life!.
