Question: Pads and tampon information!?
Since I've gotten my period i have always used pads
but since now i have to take swimming classes all
my friends are switching to tampons but i'm afraid of
using tampons cause i've heard of tss and u might die of it

Change the tampon every 4-8 hours and you will be just fine!. TSS is rare, but it could happen if the tampon is left in for to long!. So no don't worry & change it throughout the day!. tampons are great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tampons are fine! I like them better then pads!. I have not heard of anyone getting TSS but I know it can happen!. Try talking with your mom about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
