I have a personal question!. For a while now, my breast have been itching really badly around my nipples and sometimes on my nipples, but it hurts to scratch my nipples!.They aren't extremely tender most of the time, but sometimes they are!. Also, I get swollen lymph nodes a whole lot (in my arm pit)!. It will be swollen for a while and then it will go away!. I did ask my doctor about this and she said it is more than likely just because I get boils often!. Another thing, when my nipples get hard, they sometimes turn a whitish color!. I am not sure if this is normal or not!. Also, my right breast is noticeably larger than my right and my nipples are uneven as a result of this!. They are a lot more uneven than normal people's breast!. If anyone can tell me what may be going on, I would appreciate it!. It may be nothing at all, but I am just wondering if other people experience this same thing or not!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had that off and on before!. Like the white nipples really stands out!. I have always noticed it seems to be in time with my cycle so it is probably hormonal!. With any lump however, keep an eye on it!. I do not know how old you are or your family medical history but all of that can add to or take away from concern in this area!. Try some lotion and maybe even anti-fungal cream as it can't hurt!. If you Doc says he is not concerned and your concern grows, go and get a second opinion for your own peace of mind!. I don't know how old you are, but if it really worries you ask your doctor to organise a mammogramm to see if anything is going on!.
If you are breastfeeding it could be mastitis which is an infection of the breasts!. Women that haven't had kids can still get mastitis!.
Get some blood tests done to find out why you get the boils!.
Swollen lymph nodes mean an infection!. If they are in your arm pits it will be in the upper part of the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not that uncommon to have one breast larger than the other and the itching you are experiencing sounds like it may be a yeast problem!. You can get an anti-fungal cream over the counter at your local pharmacy, it may be worth a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know for sure, but this could be cysts or fibroid's, it is also sometimes a sign of ovarian cyst disease!. Tell your doctor or your GYN!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be that you have an allergy to either the soap you're using or maybe to the bra's fabric which would cause the itching!. Try changing both of these and see if the itching improves!. If not, ask your pharmacist for an over-the-counter cream to prevent itching and see if that works!. Or if you have insurance, see a good dermatologist for an opinion!.
Re the swollen lymph nodes, when you have the symptoms, see your doctor at that time to determine what is causing this not after the fact!. Regarding your breast size being different, I don't think there is much you can do about that!. From what I've read, most women's breast are not exactly symmetrical!.
