Question: How do I get birth control!? I am 16!?
My mom is very religious, and she would KILL ME if she knew that I was even THINKING about sex!. She never talked to me about sex, and when I ask her about it, she calls me a sick whore!. Well, I had a pregnancy scare once [my mom didnt know about it], and I DONT want that to happen again!. I dont drive yet, and the only store in my town REFUSES to sell me condoms!. This is scary, I dont want to get pregnant, but I have no way of getting birth control!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can you find a trusted person to drive you to a Planned Parenthood or doctor's office!? Your boyfriend, a driving friend, etc!? Maybe you can get some money together to get a cab ride over to Planned Parenthood!.
If you could get the initial appointment set up with Planned Parenthood they will mail you your pills every month!. Obviously you don't want these coming to your own address, but maybe you could have them sent to your boyfriend, a trusted friend, or your own PO box!.
No matter what, your boyfriend should be helping you access birth control and pay for it if possible!. If he doesn't want to help you stay safe, then he doesn't deserve to have sex with you!.
No matter what do NOT continue to have sex without protection!. If you think it's hard to tell your mom you're having sex, try telling her that you're pregnant - there's no hiding that!. It's just not worth all the risks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are being proactive and smart by trying to prevent an unintended pregnancy!. Contact your local Public Health Unit and ask for the nearest Sexual Health Clinic location!. Public Health Units supply FREE condoms and free or low cost birth control pills!.
Get your adivce from professionals who are non-judgemental and are not trying to prevent teens from using birth control!.

If the republicans haven't destroyed your reproductive rights in your area, you can just go any general practitioner - or nurse practitioner - and get a prescription for birth control pills - or there's other options too!. And they're not going to tell your Mom about it!.

I hate the fact that they refuse to sell you condoms!.That is very wrong!.
you can try asking someone to buy you condoms!? a friend,your boyfriend,guy friend,i don't know anyone!.I don't know how you would get birth control though!.If the condom thing doesn't work then your only choice is to stop having sex until you can drive and go to the doctor and get birth control your self!.

They can't refuse to sell you condoms!. It's good you are at least being careful, but birth control (pills) won't prevent STD's!. Get condoms!. Have the guy get them if they won't sell them to you (for whatever reason)!. Have someone you know drive you to another store or to planned parenthood!. You should go to your doctor and ask her to put you on some type of birth control and because and doctor/patient confidentiality she won't be able to tell your mother!. You can also go to your nearest free clinic and they will be able to give you free condoms!.

I know what you are going through!. I attend a private christian school, and my mom would never accept me having sex before marriage!.!.!.or probably ever!. The best place to go to is a family planning clinic!. In certain states, nobody is even allowed to know that you are on the Pill!.
