Can people loose fat from intense dance training??!


Question: Can people loose fat from intense dance training!?!?
i dance 5 or 6 days a week!. for my body, all i do is dance!.!.!.i never work out!.!.!.except gym class!. but we do conditioning in dance class once in a while!. it looks like i have lost a lot of weight, but i only lost like 3 pounds!. the fat in my legs is pretty much gone, and my cellulite is gone also in my butt!! but my gym teacher said that you only gain muscle from dance, but it looks like i lost fat too!. so my question is, do you lose fat from dancing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Fat is used for energy and with the routine that you have, you require a lot of energy!

You're also strengthening muscles, which when you do, that burns even more fat!

But muscle is heavier than fat so don't bother with the scales!. People focus too much on the number on the scales and forget to pay attention to how they look and feel!.

Keep up the great work, congratulations! Add great nutrition and good sleep if you need to and you should be soaring :)

When you do any type of exercise, which would include dance, you develop muscle and lose fat!. Muscle weighs more than fat so the scales might not reflect the loss of inches in your legs, butt, etc!.

So your answer is yes you lose fat from intense dancing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um!.!. you could lose weight from dancing, but if a doctor didn't subscribe you to, I wouldn't worry about it at all!. So please don't!. Dancing is supposed to be a passion, not an annoyance, So dance for fun not because you think you have too!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
