First time tampon user?!
Question: First time tampon user!?
i posted another question before about this!. m 20 and ive never used a tampon!. the idea of them freaked me out when my mom explained periods to me when i was like 10 so since then out of habit ive just always used pads!. and im a little nervous to start using them just because i haven before but anyway heres my question!. can i try using a tampon when i dont have my period!? im just wondering because i thought maybe i could try it out beforehand so i can get the feel for it and figure it out!. i should be getting it sometime this week or next week so i thought maybe i could try putting one in before!. i wont leave it in for a long time or anything i just wanna try putting it in!. would that be safe!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

definitely use playtex gentle glide tampons, and start with regulars, not super!. this may sound weird, but this is how my i first learned, and i told my friend to try and, and it helped her too, use a mirror!. i mean, its your own body part its not weird ha!. the first time it migth hurt a little to put it in, but it really isnt bad!. once you learn, it makes having your period so mcuh better, you dont have to feel like youre wearing a diaper all the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
I agree - it'll be harder and painful if you don't have your period yet!. I'd wait, just so the experience goes better!. The other thing you'll want to do is make sure to relax your abdominal muscles - if you're nervous about it you might tense up, and that makes it hard too!. Good luck - tampons are way more comfortable than pads!.

as long as you DON'T leave it in, it will be safe!.!.!. start with the junior size tampons!.!.!. in my opinion, playtex tampons have easier to use applicators than tampax do!.!.!. read the instructions they come with too!.!.!. they have illustrations that make it easier to use themWww@Answer-Health@Com
do you have your period yet!?! if not!. please dont do it, it can cause some syndrome and is really bad!. if you want to see what its like, then sure try putting it in, but it will hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think it will like cause you health problems, but since your dry, it would probably hurt quite bad & not go in all the way!. I suggest you wait until you get your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they are so easy to put in!. u can try it, but it will hurt ALOT when you take it out if you practice without your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't try it without your period!. That HURTS to take out if it's dry!. But good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
