Question: I have a question about tampons and getting TSS syndrom!?
I have used them before but I get really nervous about getting TSS syndrom!. I actually use them a lot but since I get so nervous I usually changed to a new one every 3 hours!. I was just wondering how long you can leave them in while still being safe!.

i know what u mean, i have the same fear!
but really don't worry about it!
and also, it is proven that the bigger the absorbency, the more likely you are to get an infection!. so if it makes you feel better, use a lower absorbency!

you should change it about every four hours depends, yea like i am nervous about tss to, but its rare, so make sure to change every four hours, use light flows always, hoped i helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm paranoid too, therefore I change it every 2 hours and use the LOWEST absorbency!Www@Answer-Health@Com
