Hi, i have a question about counting days!.!.!. you're supose to get your period every 28 days right!? so say my period comes on the 1 and goes away on then goes away on the 5 do i start counting those 28 days to the next period from the 1 or from the 5!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You start counting from the day you period starts!. Just remember, 28 is a general number!. Every woman is different and the cycle can vary greatly!. Mine is 34 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
u start counting from the day ur period starts- according to ur question u shud start counting from the 1st not the 5th!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
