no one can be sure!. usually a few days before you get your period, but sometimes your cycle can change in length, like be 21, 28 or 30 day cycle that you just can't be sure!. it's why a lot of women find it hard to get pregnant when they plan to have a baby!.
if you don't want to get pregnant, best way is to use a condom or go on the pill!. condoms can break so it's better to go on the pill and take it every 24 hours, without missing a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when the egg reaches the spot to be fertilized (forgot its name sorry)
straight after your period would be best
because there will be no egg to fertilize!
