The old way is to take your temperature every morning before getting out of bed!. The day that your temp is about two degrees higher than normal without illness is probably ovulation!.
However, if you are wanting to use this method to not get pregnant, keep in mind that sperm can live in you for up to 7 days, so it is not really a safe method!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
