Generally, estrous cycles last 28 days!. Some women have shorter cycles, some longer!.

count from the last day of your period to 21-25 days latter!. its never an accurate thing though it will come at the worst time!. you can usually tell though because you may have cramps or a strong craving for something sweet or your jeans may not fit as well when it is getting close to time!. if you have a 28 day cycle you will most likley get it on November 2nd!. it would reccomend using this website: www!.mymonthlycycles!.com its really helpful you can chart when your periods will come, tell you when your ovulating, send you alerts that your period is arriving!. and so much more! i use it all the time and it helps remind me when my period is due!. :)
