This certainly seems to be a long cycle - womens can vary tremendously particularly in younger women or post birth!.

Assuming you are well otherwise and not pregnant, I suggest you go to your local well women health centre or your doc for a health check, tell them your concern, they will do your weight , blood pressure and importantly a blood test!.
This will tell them/you the level of different hormones in your system eg oestogen,LH FSH, prolactin etc!. all of which may affect your menstrual cycle!.

The first thing to check (and I hope I'm not being obvious!) is whether or not you might be pregnant!. If not, then it's probably nothing to worry about!. My periods are never exactly predictable - anything from 21 day cycle to 31 days, usually around 25/26 days (so I'm very jealous about your long cycle!)!. If you are really concerned, and don't think you're pregnant then have a word with your doctor!. I know in the past my period has been late when I've been stressed and, at just 19, it could just be that your periods haven't yet settled down!.

Hope this helps xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your period usually has around 28 days between, but everyone is different!. If at all worried, see you Doctor or practise Nurse at the surgery and get it checked out!. You cant take any risks when it comes to your health!Www@Answer-Health@Com
