Would this change effectiveness of the pill?!

A lot! you can only miss up to 2 pills without much concern, but 4 is too much, you should have taken Plan B or something, but now 1 week later, it's too late for that!.
When you miss 1, you should take it as soon as you remember, and the next one at the usual time, if u miss 2 it's the same thing, but if u missed 3 or more you should take 2 pills a day for about 3 days plus a barrier method (condom)

Maybe you should look into getting the Depo shot so you can't miss doses like that!. You can even get pregnant if you take your pills EVERY day at the RIGHT time!.!.
