Question: Would like to loose 4 kilos, what is the quickest way to do this!?
I work out 3 times a week, on the x-trainer for 1/2 hour and treadmill for 1/2 hour, and tone my abs, thighs and butt with weights 30+Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of cardio!! I lost almost 30 lbs in less than 3 months by only doing cardio!. Eat a low calorie diet and drink LOTS of water (10-12 glasses a day)!. Get at least 4, 30-45 minute workouts in each week!. I did this myself and know it works! I'm 5'4" and weighed 150 lbs!. After 3 months of strict dieting and lots of cardio I weighed 122!. This isn't a quick fix though; it must be a life style or you will put everything back on that you've worked so hard to get off! One more tip: weigh yourself at the same time each week!. I did it first thing every Friday morning!. And write it down (I put it in an Excel spreadsheet) so you'll know exactly how you're doing and can keep yourself accountable! DRINK ONLY WATER OR GREEN TEA!. EAT SIX SMALL MEALS A DAY!. CUT OUT ALL THE CRAPPY FOODS(YOU KNOW WHAT'S CRAP AND WHAT ISN'T) DON'T EAT CARBS ON LAZY DAYS!.

USE ALL THE CARDIO MACHINES IN THE GYM!. DO HIT TRAINING(30 SECS WALK 30 SECONDS FLAT OUT)!. USE LIGHT WEIGHTS, LOADS OF REPS(UPTO 50)!. DON'T LISTEN TO IDIOTS SAYING DON'T EAT!.

stop eating and drink only water for 3days to shrink your stomach, then eat small virtually fat free meals for a while or forever, with the exercise the weight will drop of!. good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
